This notice covers the Ivy League Tech marketing site, staff SMS alerts, and unofficial website concepts. Paying clients receive separate notices on their own sites.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone, business name, and message when you submit forms here.
• On unofficial concepts: technical logs, an optional short-lived owner-review cookie, and a sanitized referrer.
• Staff SMS opt-in: mobile number, staff email, timestamp, and a record of consent.

Purposes

Respond to inquiries, operate and secure these pages, deliver opted-in staff alerts, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Hosting, email, DNS, analytics (only after Accept), and our payment processor if you subscribe. Staff SMS is handed to Twilio and wireless carriers solely to deliver the operational messages you requested. We do not sell, and we do not share or provide your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies

Accept allows analytics cookies. Reject does not load analytics. Essential security logs may still run. Ads cookies stay off.

Retention

Inquiry email: as needed to handle the request. Security logs: days to months. SMS consent and STOP suppression: kept as long as needed so we do not text an opted-out number again. Contact tyler@ivyleaguetech.com for access or deletion of correspondence, subject to those exceptions.

Children: not directed at under-13. Changes: we will update the effective date. A privacy notice is not consent merely because you keep browsing.
